1. The service

Vysadocs detects and redacts personal data in PDF documents you voluntarily upload. You are responsible for having the right to process the documents you use in the tool.

2. Plans and credits

One credit equals one page processed. Completely blank pages don't use a credit. Unused credits from one cycle do not roll over to the next unless stated otherwise.

3. Detection accuracy

Detection is performed by an AI model and can make mistakes — both flagging too much and missing something. That's why the tool requires you to review every detection before downloading, and lets you cover areas by hand. Final responsibility for the downloaded document is yours.

4. Payments

Payments are real and processed through Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), the authorized reseller of our plans. You can cancel anytime from your Polar customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to process illegal content, or attempt to overload or bypass the system's usage limits.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your plan at any time from Account & plan; you'll immediately return to the free plan.

7. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it, as long as you have used less than 20% of the plan's credits. Refunds are processed through Polar to the original payment method.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". AI detection can miss things, so you must review every document before using or sharing it. We do not guarantee that every item of personal data is detected, or compliance with any law or regulation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect damages or lost business.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, where Vysa Trading LLC is organized. Before any claim, we will try to resolve the matter with you by email at support@vysatrading.com.
